Welcome to Bondy!

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") outline the terms under which you are allowed to access and use the Bondy platform, (referred to collectively as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

The company you are located in GOA, with Bondy. This Agreement is a legally binding document between you and Bondy, whose registered office is located at Shri Vanadevi, Salem Bhatt. Merces, Tiswadi, Goa.

What Bondy Is

• Customers are responsible for paying the Driver the price, which is negotiated between the Passenger and Driver.

What We Are

Bondy Facilitates the services between independent Drivers and Passengers and we do not charge any commissions or transaction fees from Passengers or Drivers.

Terms for Drivers

• Drivers are required to pay a monthly fee for the BONDY platform and services.
• Passengers MAY PAY the agreed-upon price for each ride, based on the quote or requote provided by the Driver.
• Bondy reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Agreement.
• Bondy may choose to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your account.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of GOA.

General Terms

• To access the full functionality of Bondy you Are at least 18 years of age.
• When registering your Bondy account, you will be required to provide accurate details, such as your name, PHONE, email and BONDY is not held responsible for any issues for incomplete information you provide during account creation.
• Bondy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect the information you've provided is incorrect, if your account security has been compromised, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
• You agree to follow all applicable laws when using the platform. Bondy's services should not be used to cause harm, inconvenience, or damage to others or property. You may be asked to verify your identity to access or use the platform, and failure to provide proof may result in denied access.
• BONDY is not responsible for the breach of safety of individual drivers or passengers and pay applicable taxes as required.
• The Bondy Platform contains all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Platform.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for booking your ride with enough time to account for check-in times, traffic conditions, weather, political rallies, natural disasters, traffic barriers, car breakdowns, and any other unforeseen delays.

Limitations of Liability

• Bondy shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including damages caused by improper use.
• No Liability for Transactions Between Users - Bondy shall not be liable for any damages, liabilities, or losses arising.
• You agree that Bondy is solely an electronic platform designed to facilitate vehicle aggregation and does not provide transportation OR DELIVERY services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• The laws of India shall govern this Agreement. If any disputes arise, we will first attempt to resolve them amicably in accordance with applicable law.
• Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this Agreement, including issues regarding its validity, breach, termination, or nullity, will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• A sole arbitrator will be appointed by us, and arbitration will take place in GOA. The proceedings will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
